Important Information

Guests must present the ticket(s) and passport/ID card upon check-in.
The ticket(s) are valid at the selected date & time.
Passenger must arrive at the helipad location at least 45 minutes prior to the flight time. If a passenger arrives after the flight time, they will be considered a “no show” & no refund.
Should the passenger be 7 months pregnant or more, a valid doctor's certificate must be provided stating that she is medically fit and able to fly.
Only children above two years of age are allowed to fly and required to purchase a seat but are not permitted to sit on an adult’/s lap.
Children from 2 years to 12 years old are not allowed to fly alone, unless accompanied with guardian.
CAMERAS - NO COMMERCIAL FILMING; iPad and selfie sticks and camera lenses with 400 mm are not permitted to use.
SPECIAL NEEDS – passenger to provide his own lifting assistance service in/out of the helicopter
Each passenger’s weight will be checked prior to boarding in line with helicopter weight and balance regulations.
Passengers are advised to wear comfortable, light sportswear. Earrings and large jewellery are not permitted on board.
All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.
Photos are not included in the helicopter tour experience; they can be purchased at the photo counter.
Please mention your preferred time slot while booking. Slots are subject to availability.
Capacity: Each helicopter can accommodate a maximum of 5 passengers.

Important Note: It is mandatory to carry the Passport for Helicopter ride and e-copies will Not be accepted.
Booking Confirmation: On Request - Confirmation will be Provided as per Availability. If the booking is not confirmed, a refund will be processed accordingly.

All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
If Cancellation is made within 48 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

Children below 2 years are considered infants and are not permitted on Dubai helicopter tours.
