- Pick-up and drop-off times may vary depending on sunrise, wind direction, and landing location.

- Serious knee & back bone Surgery/problems/ broken leg/arm in the last 6 months
- Anyone who had major surgery in the last 6 months
- Anyone who suffers from chronic back or neck pain or injuries
- Phobia of height.
- Anyone under the influence of Alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.
