Important Information

  • Bring a valid Emirates ID or passport for verification at the counter.
  • Since sunset times change daily, if your booking is close to this time, guests must arrive 15–20 minutes before the scheduled time to enjoy the full experience without any time restrictions.
  • Please carry your own costumes & towels.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Availability of our jetcars depends on bookings for the day. All jetcars offer the same performance, safety, and experience, regardless of color. You can expect any of the three colors during your activity.
  • Tour routes may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
  • Participants should be able to swim or tread water.
  • Safety briefing and life jacket provided.
  • Listen to safety instructions carefully to avoid any trouble.
  • Drivers must be 18+ with valid ID.
  • As per harbour regulations, all sea activities including jet skis and jet cars must conclude by sunset as these vehicles are not equipped with lights. 
  • Please note for safety reasons, this tour is not recommended for people with back problems, heart conditions and pregnant travellers.

  • All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
  • If Cancellation is made within 48 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

  • Children under 6 will not be allowed for this activity due to safety reasons.
  • Minimum age for passenger ride is 6 years.
  • Minimum age for driving is 18 years.
