The Palm Monorail spans the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah and operates across four stations, connecting the Gateway station at the entry to the Palm, the Atlantis Aqua venture station at the other end of the island, as well as Golden Mile Station and the Nakheel Mall Station. The Palm Monorail is open to the public and offers residents & visitors of the Palm a leisurely and scenic voyage throughout all its landmark destinations. The Palm Monorail delivers best in class views of Dubai and customer experience for tourists and residents of Dubai.

Important Information

  • The Palm Monorail Open hours 9 am to 10 pm daily, with a time gap of 15 minutes between every departure.
  • The prices of all ticket are the same for kids. However, they can receive free entrance if they are 110 cm or less in height.
  • You are required to carry a hard copy of the ticket at the time of your tour. It needs to be presented at the counter.
  • This ticket is valid for the Palm Monorail only.      
  • A one-way ticket is valid for either side. 
  • Tickets are non-refundable, non-resalable and non-exchangeable for any other promotion, discount or ticket.
  • Please make a note that mobile vouchers are not accepted on this tour. 
  • Outside food & beverages are not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the Monorail. 
  • Get connected to key landmarks of the Palm Jumeirah.
  • Discover one of the most iconic ways to explore Palm Jumeirah.
  • Monorail users will obtain 3 hours free parking upon ticket validation. after 3 hours there will be applicable charge of 10 aed per hour.
